Product Safety Disclosure

Hanux users can report listings that may be structurally unsafe, damaged, counterfeit or misleading. High-risk reports may hide a listing until review.

Users must disclose cracks, repairs, impact damage, expired safety gear, hidden defects and any condition issue that could affect safe use.

Helmets, pads, frames, forks, bars, decks, wheels, fins and hardware must not be listed if they are unsafe or falsely described.

Hanux is not a product testing lab. Buyers should inspect used gear carefully before riding. Yes, the laws of physics remain active.
