Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, safe goods, lawful ownership and honest condition disclosure.

Before real payments and payouts go live, sellers may need to complete verification through Stripe Connect. This may require identity, business, tax or payout information.

Seller verification data may be shared with Stripe for payment, compliance, fraud prevention and tax reporting purposes.

Hanux may remove seller access for scams, unsafe items, counterfeit goods, off-platform fraud or repeated policy violations.
