Hanux is a peer-to-peer marketplace for skate, surf, BMX, scooter and related gear. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of their items and the truthfulness of item condition.

Sellers must not list stolen goods, counterfeit items, unsafe protective gear, undisclosed structural damage or misleading media. Very punk to be honest, apparently.

Hanux may remove listings, restrict accounts or moderate content to protect users and comply with legal obligations.

Hanux does not currently process payments, arrange shipping, or guarantee transactions. Do not share card, bank, or payment details through Hanux.
